Plan Your TRAVEL

Arrival : Option One : 18 December – Rest Day preferred, since FORUM starts by 10:30 Hrs on 19th. We suggest you to “Discover Hyderabad New City”.

Arrival : Option Two : 19 December (Before 10 AM) – Hotel Check in Time (1 PM – 3 PM). You can drop off your Bags at the Hotel and arrive at the Venue.

Departure : Option One : 22 December any time Departure (After attending “The most EXCLUSVIE GRAND GALA Dinner” on 21 December  which will be a grand show with excellent entertainment & a large sit down Buffet Dinner awaits you)

18 December (Delegates Arrivals): Delegates are encouraged to arrive on the 18th December, since the FORUM commences by 10:30 Hrs on 19th.  Hyderabad Hi-Tech city, also known as “Madhapur” and “Gachibowli” area is the most ultra-modern developed “new city” of Hyderabad. It is packed with attractions and the best of the Shopping Malls of Hyderabad.  The Food Street and Pubs & Restaurants of this area are most popular.  We have many hotels in these locations for an exclusive stay of 18th only, should you desire to shift to HQ Hotel from 19th onwards or stay back in our Forum Hotels for the Forum.
