1) Who can attend? Registration is open to all the Lions Clubs Members from within ISAME (CA VI) and from other Constitutional Areas of the World.  Guests joining the Lions Delegates are most welcome

2) Registration Fee Inclusions: Registration fee is required to bear the cost of venue rentals; its logistics and event management and includes the meals; transport and tours as mentioned below.

• • Entry to the Forum events as specified in the schedule.
  • Five Meals during the Forum (Lunch on 19^th; 20^th and 21^st December 2024. Dinner on 19^th & 20^th
  • Tea-Coffee Breaks during the Sessions (Daily twice)
  • Forum Kit
  • Shuttle Transportation from the Forum Hotels to Convention Venue(s)
  • Included select free sightseeing as offered for registered delegates.
  • Hospitality of the Organizing committee

3) Registration Mandatory: A Badge detailing your status in Lions International will be presented to you. The Badge is mandatory to enter the event space of 52nd ISAME Forum; to participate in competitions and all events; and to utilize the Shuttle Transport provided. To confirm your accommodation at the Forum Hotels, Registration is required.

4) Maximum Registrations Limit: To facilitate quality hospitality and space of comfort based on the convention venue, we are limiting our registration to a maximum of 2,000 Delegates. Please register immediately to confirm your space since we anticipate large registrations.

5) GST on Registrations: GST – General Sales Tax of 18% will be levied on the registration fee as per Government compliance.

6) Types of Registrations (Couples will register as two delegates)

• 1. Early Bird Registration (Up to 31st March 2024): US$ 250.00 plus 18% GST (Total USD$ 300) – Indian Rupees : Rs 25,000(incl. GST)
  2. Regular Registration (1st April to 15th May 2024): US$ 280.00 plus 18% GST (Total US$ 330.00) – Indian Rupees : Rs 28,000 (incl. GST)
  3. Late Registration Fee (16th May to 30th September 2024): US$ 305 + 18% GST (Total USD$ 360) – Indian Rupees : 30,000 (incl.GST)

7) Registration Categories: Please state your registration category as you fill in your details in the registration form, to be submitted online. It will help the organizing committee to plan accordingly. The Categories are given below

8)  Council Chairs & District Governors – Special priority: Council Chairpersons & District Governors with their spouses, will be given special priority. We have special badges and exclusive seating in main events and networking opportunities. Mention your title in the Registration form.

9) Cancellation Charges are applicable on Registration and Hotel Bookings. Quantum of Cancellation charges depend on the period of cancellation. Please contact us to ascertain your cancellation charge.
